Bright Achievers School

In Spring 2023, African Menstrual Health Initiative had the pleasure of hosting our first program and class with the help and support of Doctor’s Health Initiative with 30 girls from Bright Achievers School in Lagos, Nigeria. In this program, we hosted a 12 week online course teaching students about menstrual hygiene and science, provided students with two-month supply of biodegradable pads in menstrual kits, and had the pleasure of listening to students final presentations on June 12. Students received certificates of completion at the end of the program.
